Is there a law in California banning purchasers from returning NEW store bought motorcycles? If there is such a law, can someone point me to a website outlining the law? Thanks.

I heard something about waiting until your 17 and a half so you don’t have to do all the training, but then I heard you still have to do Driver’s Ed. and the behind the wheel for 6 hours or so. Does anybody know what happens if you do wait until your 17 and a half?

There are Law examination for Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants in almost all the US States soon after passing the NPTE in order to get a license. I wanna appear for California Law Examination (CLE) . I solicite from you guys to inform me about the text books & study materials available, other than mentioned in boards site.

I just moved out of my old apartment and I got a call from my landlord saying that the replacement carpet costs will come out of my deposit. Considering it’ll probably be a couple hundred bucks, I’m kind of ticked off. She informed me that the carpet is 3 years old. So, I’ve heard a conflicting information regarding how often the carpet needs to be replaced at the landlords/owners expense. 1) That it needs to be replaced everytime a tenant moves out whose been there longer than a year….2) That it needs to be replaced every two years. Which of these, if any, are correct. If none, what are the laws?? I don’t think I should have to pay for it. Hey, I live in San Diego, California and I was wondering if it was legal to remove my passenger seat. I don’t have enough room in my car (05 Civic Ex) to fit a few items and wanted to know if it was okay to remove my front passenger seat. Anyone know if there’s a law on this in California?

What is the law in California regarding trees from another property overhanging on to your property?
My heighbor has a huge Ficus tree that has several large limbs that overhang onto my property , I have not brought it up to my neighbor yet but I would like to know what the law is on this issue before I talk to them just in case it does not go well , So any anyone who practices law in California or someone who is knowledgeable on this subject I would appreciate your input

I need to know if there are any laws prohibiting the sale of human breast milk in California. I know there are many conflicting opinions on this subject, but I’m not asking for anyone’s thoughts or opinions. I would just like an answer to my question. Only serious & informed responses please. And please list any sources/references. Thank you.
Milk banks only take donations. I donated to one when I had my last baby, but this time I really need the money and I know alot of people do sell their milk online. I just wanted to know if there were any laws against it.
